කිසියම් මැතිවරණයකදී ඡන්ද නාමලේඛනයේ සිටින ඡන්දාපේක්ෂකයින් කිසිවෙකුත් තමන් නියෝජනය කරන්නට සුදුසු නෙවන බව තීන්දු කරන ඡන්දදායකයෙකුට ඔවුන් සියල්ලන්ම ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමට ලැබෙන දුර්ලභ අවස්තාවක් ඡන්ද නාමලේඛනයේ "ඉහත කිසිවෙකුත් නොවේ" (.NOTA) යනුවෙන් තීරුවක් එක් කිරීමෙන් උදා කරගත හැකිය. "None of the above" (NOTA), or none for short, also known as "against all" or a "scratch" vote, is a ballot option in some jurisdictions or organizations, designed to allow the voter to indicate disapproval of the candidates in a voting system. It is based on the principle that consent requires the ability to withhold consent in an election, just as they can by voting "No" on ballot questions. It must be contrasted with "abstention", in which a voter does not cast a ballot. තමන් තෝරා පත් කරගත් නියෝජිතයා මැතිවරණයේදී දුන් පොරොන්දු අමතක කොට හොර මැර දූෂණයේ යෙදෙමින් සමාජ විරෝධියෙකු ලෙස හැසිරෙන්නේ නම් නියමිත ධූර කාලයට පෙර ඔහු හෝ ඇය තනතුරෙන් ඉවත් කිරීම සඳහා සැකසෙන ක්‍රමවේදය "නැවත කැඳවීමේ අයිතිය" ( RTR) ලෙස හැඳින්වේ. එවිට වෙනත් අපේක්ෂකයෙකු තමන්ගේ නියෝජිතයා ලෙස තෝරා පත් කරගැනීමට අවස්ථාව උදාවේ. The "Right to Recall" (RTR), also referred to as a recall referendum, is a democratic tool intended to improve accountability among elected representatives. It essentially allows citizens to exercise their democratic right to vote by running for re-election of their representative even before that person's term has officially ended.
